About
Gondwana Collection Namibia Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Windhoek, Gondwana Collection Namibia is the country’s largest privately owned tourism group and a pioneer in sustainable travel. The company operates more than 50 accommodation offerings across over 20 properties, covering many of Namibia’s most iconic destinations, including Fish River Canyon, Etosha National Park, the Namib and Kalahari deserts, Damaraland, and the Zambezi Region.
Gondwana manages approximately 7,400 km² of private conservation land, playing a vital role in preserving Namibia’s natural heritage while delivering authentic and memorable travel experiences. Proudly 80% Namibian-owned, the company employs more than 1,400 Namibians and is deeply committed to local economic development, conservation, and community empowerment.
